booj Websites are Almost Here

RE/MAX LLC has announced the Soft Launch of booj Websites! Now you can see how your website will appear to the public, including new MLS search, account creation, saved search, lead capture forms and more! It comes fully loaded with content created for you, including resources for buyers and sellers. Click the link at the top of your booj Website Manager to preview the updated site.

This is the perfect opportunity to prepare your website before it’s made available to the general public. Please note: Some aspects of searching specific areas is still being worked on, but will be ready when websites are available to the general public.

Important: You must add your MLS ID to your MAX/Center Profile or your leads won't be routed to you.

To check, log in to MAX/Center > Top Left > Click on your MAX/Center Profile.

The Soft Launch is also the perfect time to help test a few aspects of the consumer experience:

  • MLS Search: Please run some searches, verify all your listing info is appearing in the right place and let Support Services know if you find any errors. The most up-to-date listings may not appear until just before sites launch. You may only see RE/MAX listings if your MLS isn't compliant- or data-ready.  

  • RE/MAX Account: Register a new account and test all the features. You will see options to have the website automatically email periodic listing updates as new homes are added to the MLS. Be aware that this feature is disabled during the soft launch period.

  • Agent Website Leads: When submitting these, they should be assigned directly to the agent within the booj CRM.

  • Team & Office Website Leads: These should be routed based on the team/office members’ designated market area. Team and office admins can change how leads are routed from their website using custom lead routing rules. Look for forthcoming training materials on this.   

If you run into problems or would like to request a new feature, contact support. This helps the booj team prioritize new features, which will develop and release on an ongoing basis.
