How to Update Your Agent Information on remaxgold.com
January 23, 2019
A quick note: This information pertains to remaxgold.com. If you need to update information that appears on the global RE/MAX website, remax.com, you will need to do so by logging into the MAX/Center using your @remax.net email address.
Have you checked out the new RE/MAX Gold website? If you’ve been a part of Gold Nation for a while, you probably know that you have the ability to update your information on the company website yourself. But with a new website comes a new protocol for making your roster page your own.
Step-by-Step Instructions for logging into remaxgold.com
Use this link to access the login screen: http://studio8.superlativestudio.com/ap/logon
Login using your credentials. If you have not gone into the portal and updated these credentials, the login is as follows: FirstNameLastName (first letter of each is capitalized and no space). Please see the post in Gold Connect or reach out to your manager to find out the default password.
Update your password. When you’ve logged in, find your name in the top right corner. Use the dropdown arrow and select “Change Password”. Enter the current password and then create a new password and confirm it.
Once you’ve logged in and changed your password, select “Company Website Agent Profile” from the options.
Once inside of your portal, there are many elements that you have the ability to update: Your name + display name, your website URL, phone number, any languages you speak, your social media links, an Agent Bio and your Agent Photo.
Once your updates are complete, you can click Save at the bottom of the page.
That’s it! Not too complicated, right? A few pointers: Be sure to bookmark or save the login portal address so you can access it easily. Additionally, it may be helpful to document the login credentials you choose so you don’t find yourself locked out! Even if it’s something you think you’ll remember, it’s never a bad idea to keep a record.
