With over 20 years of experience in the banking industry, Jesseca started her lending career in 2002 after purchasing her first home. Originally, when Jesseca decided that she was ready to buy a home she was turned down twice. She then found a loan officer who showed her the steps she needed to take. Within the next six months she had achieved homeownership. Owning a home didn’t seem so illusive anymore.
Jesseca found this help to be invaluable, and it decided her career for her. From that point forward she wanted to help people achieve their dream of owning a home.

Relationships and people come first for Jesseca. She takes the time with people that need extra help and guidance to secure their dreams of homeownership, and she is still friends with many of them to this day. “I loved being able to help people the way I was helped… (my clients) know they’re not just a number. I do not give out a loan that I would not take myself,” Jesseca said.
Jesseca made the decision to join Gold Nation due to the opportunities RE/MAX has to offer, and because of her relationship with RE/MAX Gold Office Manager, Mike Kooken. Jesseca and Mike had worked together at Better Homes and Gardens, and she noticed that a lot of her agents were making the same change. “A lot of my agents moved to RE/MAX Gold, and they’re like a family to me,” Jesseca said.
When Jesseca is not helping others secure a loan she is spending time with her family, which consists of her husband, two boys and two dogs. They regularly give back to the community with a local food drive in their neighborhood that is in its sixth year.
