Solano County Leader For RE/MAX Gold
Michelle Perez is the new Market Leader for Solano County with RE/MAX Gold! Michelle will be taking over Market Leader responsibilities for Maria Gema Rapolla. Maria will be joining the Service Center in Rancho Cordova, where she will be helping Gold Nation expand relocation services.
With over 20 years of experience, Michelle has earned a reputation as a leader in the industry, earning many awards such as Titan Club Team in 2022, and RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement in 2021. In addition to these awards, Michelle has been incredibly involved in her community, serving The Women’s Council of REALTORS® of California as State Governor in 2018, and before as State District Vice President in 2017, 2016, and 2009.

Michelle grew up in San Francisco, where she worked in the financial district for over a decade before settling down in Fairfield where she would become a REALTOR® and raise a family with her husband. She loves the close community of Fairfield where she watched her children grow into adults and served the Northern Solano County Association as a President, Charitable Foundations-Chair, Professional Standards-Chair, and Grievance-Chair.
