Ursula Bailey - Service Center
Meet Ursula!
How long have you been in the industry and how did you get started? I've been in the real estate industry for 23 years. I started by working for the Contra Costa Association of REALTORS® (CCAR) in Walnut Creek in 1997. There I started as a receptionist, months later I gained a Member Services Coordinator position and three years later became Member Services Manager. In 2003, I facilitated a market expansion into five Bay Area counties as an Account Manager with HomeGuard. Then in 2004 worked as a Transaction Coordinator for a residential brokerage for over 10 years. Also, I acquired some work experience in commercial real estate.
What do you love most about your work? The agents—people—and FORMS, (lol)!
What 3 words best describe you? Resilient, Honest, Loyal
Do you have any favorite hobbies or activities outside of work? Creative writing (poetry), amateur photography, cooking, spending time by the water or outdoors - kicking back, hiking, etc.

Stephanie Teeter - Service Center
Meet Stephanie!
How long have you been in the industry and how did you get started? I started working for a title and escrow company in Orange County back in 1995, then worked as a branch manager for a lender services company handling loan processing, document compliance and signings. I have been working as a transaction coordinator for a little over 15 years now, when my family moved to Calaveras County.
What do you love most about your work? I love working with the agents and building relationships with them. Also, each file is different and needs to be pieced together. There is always something new to learn!
What 3 words best describe you? Approachable, Efficient, Resilient
Do you have any favorite hobbies or activities outside of work? Helping my husband manage our small winery, spending time with family & friends, camping & enjoying our beautiful county.

SONIKA RANIGA - SERVICE CENTER
Meet Sonika!
How long have you been in the industry and how did you get started? I have been in the real estate industry since 2012. I got started with real estate while I was pregnant, because I didn’t like sitting at home and not making use of my time. I became licensed, and joined a brokerage to gain more knowledge about the in’s and out’s of real estate before later joining another RE/MAX franchise. I then got more into documentation side of the industry and have found that to be more of my niche. Agents then started hiring me for showings, open houses and doing transactions. I enjoyed doing that more, as it fit my schedule better, so I was able to work around my kids and my husband’s schedule.
What do you love most about your work? Being able to work with agents, helping them out, and most of all, it’s not a 24/7 job.
What 3 words best describe you? Tenacious, Organized, Helpful
Do you have any favorite hobbies or activities outside of work? Cooking, music (singing and dancing), spending time with family and friends. I love entertaining and socializing.
