Did you know that RE/MAX Gold has a company headquarters—although, we prefer the term “Service Center”, as it’s more indicative of the role we play when it comes to working with our 2,700+ Gold Nation agents.

Our Service Center is located in Rancho Cordova, California, which is just outside of Sacramento. Here at 10860 Gold Center Dr., #180, there are many departments that help Gold Nation succeed on an operational level. While most of your questions or concerns as an agent are fielded by your Office Manager, we want you to know that the members of our Service Center are just an email or phone call away! Administration/HR

Our Administrative/HR Department is under the direction of Marie Chatlaong. Marie's busy day includes a variety of tasks, as she oversees all Administrators within the company—including hiring and training administrators. Marie also perform all of the Human Resource functions for all RE/MAX Gold. Controller

Karen Bailey is the RE/MAX Gold Controller. She keeps a close watch on all financials pertaining to RE/MAX Gold as a company, in addition to reporting for the company. Karen’s eagle eye and attention to detail keeps RE/MAX Gold compliant with all industry standards when it comes to operating as a business in California.

Well, the secret’s out: there are no fairies—that’s the work of Jennifer Mosher, Director of Facilities. Jennifer and her team are in charge of all RE/MAX Gold offices when it comes to repairs, improvements, moves, renovations and everything in between. FILE REVIEW

Tracy Stewart is our in-office file reviewer and is here to review contracts, verify legal standards, prepare files for closing, and serves as quality control to ensure compliant and smooth transactions. Contact Tracy Stewart at tstewart@norcalgold.com.

IT/Tech

Many of us have a love/hate relationship when it comes to technology, which makes us so grateful to have John Adams, Director of IT/Voice Services, here when things go sideways! John and Eric Parker are the ones who save the day when there’s an outage or issue. John oversees daily troubleshooting, but also maintains a “master plan” when it comes to the company networks. They are also the ones who assist with setup when it comes to moves, upgrades and expansions between offices. Legal

You may be familiar with our legal team from MEC Live-stream events or special presentations. This department works proactively to reduce the risk of legal predicaments for our agents through the use of trainings and informational live-streams. They are also our resource for mediation and coordinating with attorneys when issues arise in the company. OPERATIONS MANAGER

Metha Dhillon-Wedding oversees all operations at the Gold Nation Service Center, ensuring enhanced operational efficiency in our day to day tasks.
