Gold Nation’s premier lending program, HomeGuide Mortgage, welcomes another outstanding loan officer. Paula Harvey, formerly of Finance of America, has joined CMG Financial and HomeGuide Mortgage in El Dorado Hills, CA.

Paula has over 20 years of lending experience. She has found that her tried and authentic approach in the field focuses less on the numbers and more on the clients. She knows that providing quality customer service to her clients is the number one priority. Paula has felt lending to be her ministry. Over the years, she has found joy in helping others make their homeownership dreams a reality. During the Great Recession, much of her work was to help homeowners restructure their loans to allow them to keep their homes. That same care is an integral part of her work today.
Paula is thrilled about this next opportunity to join HomeGuide Mortgage. At this stage in her career, she feels this new partnership aligns with her priorities. Recently, she knew she needed a change in her work, and it was time to take the next step to progress in her career. When this opportunity with HomeGuide Mortgage presented itself, she was thrilled, and it felt right. Paula aims to focus her lending services on home purchase loans. She knows this new partnership with HomeGuide Mortgage will be the perfect way to refocus her work and allow her to provide premium home purchase loans.
