RE/MAX Gold Adds New Offices in Mendocino County

Big things are happening in Gold Nation! RE/MAX Gold has announced the newest office location in Ukiah, expanding the company’s reach into Mendocino County. Previously a division of Realty World, Selzer Realty & Associates was brokered by Richard Selzer and managed by Jason Van Housen and Kimberlie Brazil. Now, the local Ukiah brokerage will be known as Selzer Realty & Associates, Powered by RE/MAX Gold.

Additionally, RE/MAX Gold’s vast footprint throughout California will allow Ukiah agents to greater serve their buyers and sellers, by giving access to a large network of reputable agents. “Sometimes clients moving out of Mendocino County want a Realtor familiar with their new location. Now, we can easily refer them to a trusted partner,” says Selzer. In addition to the main location in Ukiah, two smaller locations in Willits and Laytonville will also join RE/MAX Gold.
