Their discussion is detailed, and the package IS NOT for everyone.  In consideration of your time, they will first discuss their real estate business philosophy on how businesses should grow.   If you are aligned with them philosophically, then they will, in great detail, share what your experience and your clients experience might be like if you partner with them.  However, they would like you to know, at any time during the presentation, if you feel it is not a fit for you, that you will not upset them or hurt their feelings, if you quietly excuse yourself from the meeting.

Otherwise, you should plan for at least staying a minimum of 90 minutes to get the full scope of what your experience could be if you decide to work with them and learn what they can do for your business.
