Kathryn Dellarocca Joins RE/MAX Gold

We are excited to introduce the newest member of RE/MAX Gold: Kathryn Dellarocca has joined our Benicia office!

Kathryn previously worked with Keller Williams in Vacaville, but lived in Benicia (and has most of her life). With a few friends in the RE/MAX Gold Benicia office, Kathryn began attending the the Benicia office’s broker tours semi-regularly over the past 4 years. In that time, she had the chance to get to know those in the office and get a taste of what it’s like to be a part of Gold Nation. Theautis Persons, Benicia Office Manager, talked to Kathryn about joining the RE/MAX Gold team and she knew it would be a a great fit.

Kathryn has been in real estate for 4 years, and has spent much of her life in Benicia. After graduating from Chico State University with a degree in Communications and Public Relations, Kathryn decided to take courses in real estate. Although she finished the classes, she never took the test, and instead went on to work in a marketing and public relations firm in San Francisco. Then 4 years ago, when a friend of hers wanted to get her real estate license, Kathryn decided she would do the courses with her. This time, she took the test and has been working in real estate ever since!

Kathryn has been very involved in her community over the years. When her kids were younger, she started a publication called “Benicia Parents” that she would send to an email list of 4,000 community members with information on events and activities for kids. She has also spent time volunteering at senior centers, homeless shelters and centers that prevent child abuse. Kathryn enjoys her community within Benicia and loves helping her clients discover the same love for the area!
