We are excited to introduce Jennifer Urps, one of the most recent Realtors to join Gold Nation who is working from our Elk Grove, CA office location. Jennifer leads an action packed family life, runs a thriving real estate business, and abundantly serves her community.

Meet Jennifer
Jennifer grew up in the Sacramento area and has been married to her high school sweetheart for 26 years. In 1992 they moved to Elk Grove, CA, and five years later to Wilton, CA. As a realtor of over 20 years, she started when her children were very young. She knew she needed a career that could give her the flexibility needed to be a present mother through her children’s very active sports careers from a young age. Turns out real estate was the right choice for her—she has raised three accomplished children while running a successful career in real estate. Her now 28-year-old son played pro baseball for 5 years, 24-year-old daughter is an amazing soccer player, and 23-year-old son currently plays baseball at CalState Fullerton.
Through her children’s sports and often serving as the team mom, Jennifer has been a very active participant in the community. She has always made sure the children and their teammates were involved in the community beyond the playing field. They participated in countless charity runs, events, Toys for Tots, and have worked closely with the local fire department. Her favorite memories are bringing her son’s teammates to Build-A-Bear to then bring their newly built bear to a child at Shriners Hospital in Sacramento.
Jennifer’s community involvement also helped her to build her real successful estate career. She has made many lifelong friends along the way as she has worked with them in the community and in real estate. She is proud to work with a great network of people who represent who she is. She is honored to now help the next generation of home buyers as her clients are now referring their children to Jennifer as they become first-time homebuyers. Jennifer takes great pride in being with her clients as she loves people and truly loves her job.
