Steve started the Galster Real Estate Group in 2002. After a career in technology filled with abundant travel, his wife, Sue, of over 40 years, encouraged him to find a new path to help their family find more balance. The team's past 20 years have seen tremendous success, with a peak of over 50 agents.

Always focused on culture at the Galster Real Estate Group, each Monday, Steve held training sessions focused on the industry and training on real estate forms on Wednesdays. His agents have felt valued and supported in their careers, leading a solid core who have stayed well over ten years. Steve makes it a priority to always pick up the phone and return calls. Even amid the strong seller's market, he taught his listing agents always to submit formal offer rejections to show the utmost respect.
