Michael Sandoval Named to NAHREP Top 250 List

We have some pretty amazing agents at RE/MAX Gold and we love to celebrate their accomplishments. Today, we would like to congratulate Michael Sandoval from the Roseville office, on being named to the NAHREP Top 250 List!

The Top 250 List, published by NAHREP (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals), recognizes the industry’s leading Hispanic real estate agents and brokers from across the country. Each year, agents of Hispanic decent can apply to be ranked by submitting their production in transaction sides to NAHREP, which is then verified by their broker.

This year, Michael was ranked #126 on the report for transaction sides (up from #228 last year) and #71 by volume. This is Michael’s sixth consecutive year being featured on the list! Additionally, Michael was ranked #5 for individual agents at RE/MAX Gold for the year 2019!

Michael is a first-generation American, as both of his parents are originally from Mexico and immigrated to the United States before he was born.

Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Sacramento State University, with concentrations in Human Resources, Risk Management and Real Estate & Land Use. After graduating from college, Michael became a licensed agent in 2004 and later joined RE/MAX Gold on July 4th, 2007—congratulations on almost 13 years with RE/MAX Gold, Michael!

Being ranked in the Top 250 List is a great accomplishment for Michael, but he’s not planning to slow down anytime soon. When asked what the future holds, Michael says he plans to keep improving. He’s exploring the possibility of forming a team in the near future, and plans to keep scaling his business upwards so he can help even more people achieve the dream of home ownership.
