RE/MAX Gold Agent Featured on "House Hunters"

RE/MAX Gold REALTOR Delia Nieto, from our Windsor office, had the opportunity to help a couple find a new home in a pretty special way. Delia was featured on "House Hunters" to help her clients, who happen to be her niece and nephew, purchase a new home in Sonoma County. 

If you're not familiar with House Hunters, the HGTV hit follows a new buyer each episode on the hunt for their new home. The buyer lays out what they're looking for in a house, their ideal location and their budget, and then a local REALTOR shows the buyer 3 houses that they'll choose from. During a 30 minute episode, the buyer tours each home, pointing out what they love and what they don't. There is often a bit of comical tension as the buyers disagree on certain things: he wants a one-story, she wants a two-story; She hates carpet, he doesn't mind it; He wants a big yard, she wants a pool. At the end of an episode, the buyers share their thoughts and reveals which house they've chosen as their new home! 

Back in November, Delia spent 5 days with a film crew from HGTV following her and her clients around town in search of a place to call home. After 9 months, the episode recently aired in late June!
