Stephen Lincoln Celebrates 30 Years at RE/MAX

This month, we celebrate Stephen Lincoln of RE/MAX Realty Affiliates in Carson City, NV marking 30 years with RE/MAX! His career has taken him across three different RE/MAX franchises, the opening of his own office, and his recent journey with Gold Nation. In his early years, he even had to opportunity to meet and be inspired by Dave Liniger, the founder of RE/MAX.

Stephen earned his real estate license in 1988 and his broker's license two years later. His career began in new home sales, where he had the opportunity to sell homes in a close friend's newly built subdivision. A couple of years later, Stephen decided it was time for something new and wanted to focus on resales. In 1992, he joined RE/MAX Action Realty Group with Art Angelo at the helm.
In 2005, Stephen opened his own RE/MAX office, RE/MAX First Choice Realty, with eight agents. Later, RE/MAX Realty Affiliates came to Carson City, creating three RE/MAX franchises in the same market. Stephen and Art decided to close both of their offices and join RE/MAX Realty Affiliates to help focus the strength of RE/MAX in the local area. Today, Stephen is proud to be a part of Gold Nation after RE/MAX Realty Affiliates joined in 2021.
Over his 30 years selling real estate with RE/MAX, Stephen has appreciated the freedom to run his own business. He values that he can do his marketing and advertising and completely control his company. At no point has he ever felt hindered by RE/MAX, and he has always known he has the best support and resources in the industry to grow his company. Since becoming a Gold Nation member, he has loved the new resources available to him, including all the outstanding education he has been able to receive.
Stephen looks forward to moving closer to retirement and enjoying life after all of his hard work in the coming years. He and his wife recently bought a home in Portugal, and he looks forward to eventually settling there.
