Design Center: Choose Your Template for Automated Marketing Materials

Are you taking advantage of the RE/MAX Automated Marketing Materials for your listings?

Automated Marketing Materials are a free service that provide RE/MAX agents with a automated, on-brand marketing campaign sent directly to their inbox. The materials include such items as as flyers, postcards, social media posts and even a webpage! Agents receive these materials via email within 24-48 hours of the MLS being updated for every “Just Listed”, “Price Reduced”, “Open House” and “Just Sold” listing. As long as you have your LeadStreet profile filled out, you should be receiving these amazing packages!

Want to know a secret? RE/MAX just shared that you can now change the design of your marketing package for an individual listing! This means that while every listing comes in the default template of style #1, there are 2 more styles that you have the option to change your Marketing Materials to for that particular listing.

Here’s how:

  1. In Design Center, click the “Listings” tab in the menu. Click on the particular listing that you would like to work with.

  2. On the right hand side, click “Create Marketing Kit”.

  3. Select which template to use: Style 1, Style 2 or Style 3.

  4. Move over to the the “Projects” tab and find the listing in the list.

  5. Click the listing and download your new designs.
