RE/MAX Gold CEO Announces Exciting Leadership Improvements for 2019

Greetings and Happy 2019!

I am so pleased to announce the following promotions effective February 1, 2019:

Bev Kendall, Formerly Executive Vice President, Co-Broker of Record shall now serve as Chief Relationship Officer/Co-Broker of Record of RE/MAX Gold. Bev’s responsibilities will include continued improvement of care and services for RE/MAX Gold Agents and Employees.

Bev has been a licensed real estate agent for over 25 years and has been with RE/MAX Gold for 19 years. She has acted in many capacities from Branch Manager to County Manager to VP of Sales. She is a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors. Bev holds a CRB designation and is on the Board of Directors of MetroList.

Patrick Mackin, Formerly Chief Financial Officer and subsequently Senior Advisor, shall now serve as Chief Operating Officer of RE/MAX Gold.

Pat was previously with RE/MAX Gold from 2009 to 2015 and stepped away as our CFO. During the past three and a half years he was the COO of New Day Financial, a major East Coast based mortgage lender. Pat has been involved with the financial and Real Estate Industries for over 40 years. He is a former CPA and currently is a licensed insurance agent and Realtor.

Keith Ard, Formerly Executive Vice President will now serve as President of RE/MAX Gold of Northern and Central California.

Keith has been with RE/MAX Gold for 15 years. He spent 28 years leading sales and marketing organizations in both the telecommunications and real estate industries. Keith rose to executive level positions as a result of his passion and commitment to leading sales professionals and teams to high levels of accomplishment. His time at RE/MAX Gold began as the County Manager of Solano County, where he led us to the #1 market share in less than 3 years, and has included tours as Vice President, Senior Vice President, and Executive Vice President.

Tim Yee, Formerly Executive Vice President, will now serve as President of RE/MAX Gold of Bay Area.

Tim has been in the real estate industry for 30 years and has been with RE/MAX for 25 years. He is currently responsible for a new entity created by RE/MAX Gold to grow offices in the Bay Area. Tim was with RE/MAX Gold at the company’s inception. He was the original broker of record for the company’s first 15 years and was instrumental in the phenomenal growth of RE/MAX Gold.

I will continue as Chief Executive Officer of RE/MAX Gold.

These improvements will allow me to continue my pursuit of building and enhancing California’s Most Powerful Real Estate Organization. My emphasis shall be on healthy growth and future inclusion of agents and employees in exciting future opportunities.
