We are proud to welcome Lisa Nielsen of CMG Financial as one of our newest, trusted loan officers in the HomeGuide Mortage program.

Lisa’s new role with CMG Financial is to educate agents about programs available to their clients in the Folsom, CA area. As a lender who dedicates her work to first-time homebuyers and the credit challenged, she strives to educate these buyers about every option available to them and understand what is to come ahead. In this new joint venture, Lisa looks forward to helping agents best guide their clients through the financial side of their home purchases.
Along with her passion for education, Lisa values strong communication. She knows and understands that buying a home is stressful for buyers and strives not to add to the stress. She always makes sure to continually reach out and update clients about the status of their loans and makes sure everyone is well aware of what is happening each step of the way. This mentality has allowed her to build strong relationships with clients and agents, as they have felt comfortable and confident through the home buying experience.
Lisa has felt a part of something extraordinary ever since starting in this joint venture with HomeGuide Mortgage. Upon first meeting with James O’Bryon and Keith Ard, she could see their belief, support, and hard work to ensure success in this new program. She is excited to join from the ground level and looks forward to what great heights the future will bring.
Lisa is thrilled for agents to learn about the new programs and see what there is to offer in the market. CMG is a great partner with an abundance of proprietary products to bring to the table. Outside of mortgage lending, Lisa loves spending time with her dog Bella. In addition, she is very involved in the community to support animals. Most recently, she founded a program to help provide pets for military veterans.
