At HomeGuide Mortgage, through our joint venture with CMG Financial, we continue to bring the industry’s best mortgage lenders to our RE/MAX Gold Nation agents. Today we introduce one of our newest loan officers, David Parker, to the Gold Nation family.

In the industry for 20 years, David’s career has spanned up and down California. Launching his career in Southern California, he served as a sales manager for IndyMac Bank. In 2006 he began a new role as a branch manager for Wells Fargo in Pasadena. Eventually transitioning out of sales, he started training loan officers at Wells Fargo, where he trained over 3,000 employees along the West Coast. He attributes this intense part of his career to what makes him the thorough and dependable loan officer he is today. Through training others, he was able to refine his skills and determine best practices. Eventually, he was brought back to management and became a branch manager for Wells Fargo in Clovis, CA, for two years.

In 2017, David circled back and became a loan originator for Paramount Equity Mortgage. At a new company with no referral partners and the latest software to navigate, he found himself building his business from the ground up. During this time, David began building long-lasting partnerships with RE/MAX Gold agents, particularly in the Sierra Oaks, CA area. He attributes his start with RE/MAX Gold to Augustine and Associates and is grateful for the work they have done together and the clients they have entrusted him with.

He appreciates that the brand is all about people, just like how he does business. He prefers to do business face-to-face and even attends signings in person. He has high expectations for what is in store and eagerly awaits the new opportunities ahead.
David has been married for over 19 years; together, he and his wife have two daughters. With two significant milestones approaching, his oldest daughter will be graduating with her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, this spring. His younger daughter will be graduating from high school.
