Fred's career in the mortgage industry spans over two decades. After working as a call center agent, performing refinance loans and then transitioning into exclusive work for a brokerage, he returned ten years ago to focus on purchase financing. His career history gives him plenty of experience from different perspectives. Working side-by-side with agents throughout the home buying process truly sets Fred apart.
Now specializing in purchase financing, Fred credits his years of experience to why he can best support agents and buyers. Over the years, he has done hundreds of open houses and has learned what agents need most to ensure excellent service for their clients. Fred focuses on providing clear communication for his agents. He has implemented a system where agents will know what their clients will be getting from him, and in return, trust the process in his hands.
Additionally, Fred strives to have a solid and up-to-date knowledge of current products and programs to help best educate his agents and buyers. Most importantly, his goal is to help everyone know what is on the road ahead. He understands that for an agent to give a 5-star experience for their clients, he needs to provide a 5-star experience as well, and he does just that.

Outside of lending, Fred is a big sports fan. Born and raised in San Francisco, he is a natural Giants and 49ers fan. He even worked for the Giants in high school; what a dream come true!
