Yuba City Welcomes New Administrative Manager, Randie Schindel

Congratulations are in order to Randie Schindel, on her new role as Administrative Manager in Yuba City where she will also head-up Project Management for the office.

Randie Schindel, RE/MAX Gold Administrative Manager in Yuba City

If you’ve been over to the RE/MAX Gold Service Center, chances are very good that you’ve met Randie in one or more of the many bustling departments. As far as we know, she holds the unofficial record for the most positions held at the company in the shortest amount of time!

Starting out with RE/MAX Gold as an office administrator in 2019, Randie quickly worked her way up to processor in Transaction Management Solutions (TMS), and after mastering those responsibilities—she was a trainer in Administration until returning from maternity leave to join the HR Department as an administrator. No matter the department or position, Randie was hugely successful and loved, respected, and appreciated by all.

“During this season of thankfulness, I can easily say I could not be more grateful for Randie Schindel. Many people may not realize what a coordinated and cohesive team we have throughout the many departments at the Service Center who keep our company running smoothly. In our own special way, each person in every department contributes to the overall productivity and happiness of our work environment. Randie exemplifies our ‘service’ mentality and has always taken pride in helping others. Congrats Randie, we’re thrilled to have you in leadership in the Yuba City office!” —Stephenie Flood, Vice President of Operations

While she has grown her skills and accomplishments quickly and exponentially with each position, what she loves most about working with RE/MAX Gold are the people—the many friends from each department who she now calls family.

Before joining Gold Nation, Randie worked for over seven years in Property Management as a leasing consultant while working her way up to Property Manager.

Combining these real estate related skills with her knowledge gained while working at the Service Center, Randie is now settled into her most recent position as Administrative Manager at the Yuba City office where she said her goal is to “strengthen the community of the office and grow the team!” Anyone of us who have worked with Randie in the past has every confidence she’ll succeed magnificently. And while she has no plans to move along anytime soon, she does aim to grow her knowledge of real estate and obtain a license.

Some little-known facts about Randie include her hobby refurbishing furniture, an adoration of Highland Cows (a Scottish breed of rustic cattle with long horns and a long shaggy coat), and that she’s also a “lefty,” IYKYK.

When Randie is away from the office, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and going out on adventures, visiting wineries, and vacationing!

Congratulations to Randie, and to the wonderful agents in the Yuba City office who now not only have a new Administrative Manager with a great deal of experience in the industry, but a new friend worthy of calling family.
