Sal Nevigato, Loan Officer and Sales Manager at HomeGuide Mortgage
Previously with Flagstar Bank, we welcome Sal Nevigato at CMG Financial to HomeGuide Mortgage in Fairfield, CA.
Sal began his career in finance in 1985. He worked through the ranks and became a branch manager at the young age of 22. Eventually, in 1996, he shifted to the mortgage sector of banking. For over 30 years, Sal has worked as a Senior Loan Officer/ Branch Manager. Through the years, he has seen the ups and downs of the market.
Sal’s vast experience allows him to look to the future with hope, even among these market unknowns. He sees even this current downturn as a part of the market's natural cycle. He is not alarmed and sees lots of business potential at this time. Such an outlook is vital in mortgage leadership. He guides and directs his loan officers to have the same perspective to help best serve their clients. With over 30 years of loan product knowledge, Sal always has a great solution to fit the situation.

In his joint venture with HomeGuide Mortgage, Sal will take on a new role as the sales manager for Yolo, Solano, and Napa Counties. He looks forward to the opportunity to grow a team and grow his network. Sal already has a working relationship with several RE/MAX Gold agents and has always found them to be professional and of the highest caliber. He anticipates connecting with more Gold Nation agents and bringing the best products and services for the agents’ client needs.
Sal enjoys golfing, competitive tennis, and deep-sea sport fishing. He seeks every opportunity to travel and loves to explore different and new places. Born in Italy, Sal’s family owns the Mona Lisa Restaurant in North Beach, San Francisco. Stop by next time you want a delicious bite in the city!
