RE/MAX Gold Opens New Office in Shaver Lake

Located at the 5,500′ elevation, an hour northeast of Fresno, the climate in Shaver Lake is ideal with cool summers and mild winters; just cold enough to get reliable snowfall. The Shaver Lake office was previously a franchise of Coldwell Banker. Former owner, Dana Smith, knew his franchise was up for renewal and decided to take the opportunity to get back to his roots of working directly with buyers and sellers as a broker associate, rather than managing a franchise.
