One thing is sure; real estate runs deep in Shaye Blazer’s blood. As a fourth-generation Realtor, Shaye comes from a long line of housing developers. Her grandfather and great-grandfather developed much of Orange County and parts of Palm Springs. Naturally, at the young age of 15, Shaye started on her real estate path. She first worked as an assistant to a top producer in Laguna Beach, CA, where she learned the critical skills needed to succeed in luxury real estate.
Starting in real estate at such a young age has given Shaye strong confidence. “Because I started so young, I feel I have the experience to be more relaxed,” Shaye explained, “I know when it’s better to step back, I am confident in negotiations, and I am always a strong proponent for my clients.” Shaye has learned that as she is more relaxed while serving her clients, her clients find themselves calmer, even during rather stressful times in the selling or buying process.
With now almost 33 years of real estate experience, her businesses have included land development, commercial real estate, residential, and luxury real estate. Shaye has served the beautiful Lake Tahoe and Truckee region for the past ten years and loves being a member of her local community. “Here in Tahoe, I’m not just selling a home, I am selling a lifestyle. People who work with me get to know the area. I love what I am selling!”
As Shaye has excelled as a Top Producer in the Lake Tahoe area, she continued to feel the need to grow. She was in search of a real estate company that could provide more exposure and technology for her. While looking for new options, Shaye was impressed with RE/MAX Gold’s presence in the luxury home market, as well as its beautiful offices. In May 2021, Shaye officially joined RE/MAX Gold in our Truckee and Lake Tahoe offices as she took a giant leap towards progressing her real estate career.
