Oscar comes to us with a lifetime of work and dedication to helping those in his community while running a successful business. Before forging his successful career in real estate Oscar owned and ran a grocery store in Carson City for over eight years. Those years allowed him to become directly involved with the community, specifically his Filipino community. It was also a learning ground for many skills he would need to succeed as a Realtor, including charisma, selling himself to others, and taking care of customers’ needs. In addition, he had to learn to be quick on his feet as the day-to-day varies when running a grocery store, much like the fast-paced environment of real estate.
As Oscar transitioned into a life of real estate, he was able to make good use of these skills and continue to serve his Filipino community. He takes pride in interpreting for his Filipino clients throughout the home-buying process, giving them an incredible and confident opportunity to become homeowners.
Oscar is excited about his next step in real estate as he joins Gold Nation. He has worked previously with several Gold Nation agents before, notably Eric Crosby, his broker at RE/MAX Gold in Reno.
