Together, Ron and Brian created the R&B Team to bring their clients the power of a team while still providing one-on-one care to their clients. Ron has sold real estate for over 20 years; Brian began his career in the industry eight years ago. Together they service the San Joaquin County, Sacramento, Tracy/Mountain House, Placerville areas, and beyond! Ron and Brian love the art of negotiation and dedicate themselves to achieving what is best for their clients.
For Ron and Brian, communication is their number one priority between them and their clients. Keeping everyone on the same page is key to a smooth real estate transaction. As they share responsibilities in providing real estate services to their clients, they continually prove themselves as reliable and knowledgeable.

Ron and Brian became interested in joining RE/MAX Gold after a previous co-agent at Century 21 joined. Both felt drawn to the culture, an atmosphere that is teamwork-based. Both have heard from other agents the nurturing care staff puts into the agents at RE/MAX Gold. They knew they would not feel thrown out to do the work. Instead, they appreciate now having a management team invested in their success.
Since joining, Ron and Brian have appreciated the smooth onboarding and the time staff has taken to go over the tools with them that RE/MAX has to offer.
