In 2001, Kristy earned her real estate license and, in 2003, her broker's license. Over the past two decades, her work has gone between real estate sales and property management. Her resume includes development companies, Lahontan and 80/50 at Northstar, and property management companies, Vacasa and Turnkey. Recently, Kristy became more involved with home sales again and decided to take on the field full-time.
With her rich and diverse background in housing, from development to management to sales, Kristy has learned how to provide the best customer service for her clients. She understands the stress her clients are under and knows how to best help: one step at a time. She is a vital problem solver, as each client's situation has its own needs and concerns. She understands that a certain level of trust needs to be there when working with clients' housing, and she works hard every day to prove herself.
After working with agents in the area already a part of Gold Nation, she noticed they had such positive things to say and were never pessimistic about their brokerage. Furthermore, the culture at RE/MAX Gold appealed to her, and she wanted to become a part of it. Since joining, she has appreciated how warm and welcoming agents and management have been to her.
