Help Us Donate $250,000 to Children's Miracle Network

Can you believe 2018 is almost over? While this year has seemingly flown by, our agents have been hard at work & have done an outstanding job of giving back to our community.
As of November 30th, RE/MAX Gold has raised $228,898 during 2018, thanks to the generosity of our Miracle Agents! But we’re not stopping there: we still need $21,102 to meet our year end goal of donating $250,000 to children at Children'‘s Miracle Network Hospitals in Northern and Central California.
Here’s where you come in…
Right now, there are 456 RE/MAX Gold agents who donate a small portion of their commission to CMN—that’s over 35% of our population! While this is certainly a large percentage for a company our size, it also means that there are still 65% of our agents who have not yet jumped on the opportunity to give back through the Miracle Agent Program.
The Miracle Agent program allows agents to choose a specific dollar amount (as opposed to a percentage) to be donated to CMN from their commission check. With every transaction, the specified amount is taken right off of the top of the check and is put to work helping kids—our Miracle Agents say you won’t even miss the money!

Because your donation is automatically withdrawn, you don’t have to remember to write and send in a check. And with a minimum donation of only $25, it’s easy for anyone to make a difference through the Miracle Agent program—whether it’s your first or thousandth transaction.
In addition to the low cost and convenience, Miracle Agents have the opportunity to market their listings as a “Miracle Home” with a special CMN sign rider, letting your clients and prospective clients know that you give back to your community. Once your transaction closes, your clients will also receive a special CMN card, letting them know that working with you allowed them the opportunity to be a part of the special things going on at their local children’s hospital!
